Order Process

To get your project done properly for your convenience, we have 4 easy steps. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Step 1: Free Consultation

Getting In Contact: You can begin either by calling us at 773-893-5259, filling out the online form, or emailing us. One of our representatives will get in touch with you. You may also visit our showroom located at 3734 S St. Louis Ave Chicago, IL 60632. For us to best assist you, either attach or bring with you any pictures, diagrams, cabinet edging, cabinet color or other information that you feel will be helpful for us to best assist you.

Step 2: Selecting your stone

Visiting The Showroom: This is by far the best option when selecting your stone, so we strongly recommend visiting our show room. Seeing the stone and feeling the stone in person really makes the difference in selecting the proper fit and design. The photographs and pictures online do not always best represent the true color of the stones. If there is a color or pattern that we do not carry, please let us know and we can order it from our local distributors.

Step 3: Ordering

After choosing your stone: After deciding on the color(s) for your project, we will write up an estimate for the order and send it to you for review. After approval and scheduling, one of our project managers will come out to your home and measure the space where the countertop will be. If there is a need for templating, the project manager will create the proper template for the best fit. After the measurements have been taken, the price in the estimate will be adjusted based off the measurements that the project manager takes. Our teams will be in touch to process full payment before we begin cutting the countertop. Keep in mind for a proper installation of our product, cabinets in your home need to be properly leveled and sinks need to be in their proper location for measuring. An exact completion date and scheduled time frame for installation will be provided upon the completion of the ordering process.

Step 4: Installation

Installation: With the proper amount of space for sinks and faucets, installation will generally take a full day. After our installation, your contractor or plumber can then finish the plumbing for the sink. Once the installation is completed, any remaining balance will be due.

Please note: If you have existing old countertops, ensure the faucet(s) are disconnected before our installation and to be reconnected by your plumber after the installations.
